<우리의 약속>
1. 우리는 성 역할로부터 자유로운 사람들의 연합입니다. 나이, 성별, 성적 지향 및 취향, 성별정체성, 장애여부, 국적, 피부색, 출신지역, 혼인여부, 가족관계, 연애지향에 따른 고정관념이 아닌 하나의 인격체로서 서로를 존중합니다.
2. 우리는 기본적으로 경어를 사용하며, 상호 동의 없이 반말을 사용하지 않습니다.
3. 서로의 성적 지향 및 취향, 성별 정체성, 연애 지향을 존중하며 그에 따른 고정관념이 담긴 말과 행동을 하지 않습니다.
4. 서로를 지칭할 때 국적, 인종이나 지정성별 등을 추론해서 지칭하지 않습니다.
5. 서로의 종교, 정치성향에 대한 통념이나 선입견을 상대방에게 적용하거나 이를 근거로 상대를 비방하지 않습니다.
6. 본인의 동의 없이 타인의 성적 지향 및 취향, 성별 정체성, 연애지향을 밝히지 않습니다.
7. 우리 축제는 모두의 참여로 만들어집니다.
8. 타인을 소외시킬 수 있는 대화는 지양합니다.
9. 위의 약속을 훼손하는 행위에 대해서는 공동으로 대처하며 모든 상황은 토론과 합의를 바탕으로 이루어집니다.
Our Commitments
1. We are the union of the people who believe in free gender role. We do not judge people by age, gender, sexuality, disability, nationality, skin color, region of birth, marital status, family relation, dating preference. We respect each other as human beings.
2. We speak respectful words. We do not speak impolitely without mutual agreement.
3. We respect each other’s sexual orientation, sexuality, sexual identity, and dating preference. We do have any stereotypes about them.
4. When we refer to each other, we do not infer the nationality, race or designated sex.
5. We do not slander and have preconceptions about others’ religion and political orientation.
6. We do not reveal others’ sexual orientation, sexuality, gender identity, dating preference without others’ agreement.
7. The festival will be made by your participation.
8. We avoid any conversations which can isolate others.
9. We act jointly to deal with any depreciative behaviors against commitments based on discussions and a consensus.
